Business Precision has been operating in Białystok since January 2017. Our office is located at ul. Lipowa 14. Marcin Kwiatkowski and his team help Polish companies safely trade with foreign contractors. These terms define the clear rules on which we check your contracts and protect your trademarks. We speak plainly about the law, which is why we avoid unnecessary jargon. By using our services, you accept these rules. We treat each order as a separate case in which we watch your money against incorrect entries in contracts. We act reliably and concretely, without promising miracles.

You can book a 20-minute consultation through the form on the website. Our average response time is exactly 2 hours and 15 minutes. If you need a contract audit, you must send us a legible scan of the document. On this basis, we prepare a quote. For example, checking a standard contract up to 12 pages costs 850 PLN net. In 2024, we analyzed 314 such documents for exporters from all over the country. We always inform about the final cost before starting the analysis. We do not apply hidden fees for document preparation or file archiving.

Effective protection of your interests requires honesty and facts. You must provide us with all attachments to the contract within 3 days of placing the order. If you trade with demanding markets like Turkey or China, briefly describe your previous arrangements to us. We check the paragraphs, but you know your goods best. We are not responsible for problems resulting from the concealment of essential information about the transaction. Remember that customs law and Incoterms regulations require precision. If we register a logo for you, confirm to us in writing that you have full copyrights to it.

We settle based on VAT invoices with a 7-day payment term. The standard hourly labor rate for a lawyer is 180 PLN net. For regular partners, we have subscriptions, for example, a package of 15 hours for 2900 PLN per month. This allows for a realistic reduction of service costs by 15.4% per year. You will usually receive a contract audit report in 3 business days. This is a short deadline that allows you to efficiently continue negotiations with the supplier. If payment is late by more than 14 days, we have the right to suspend work on your case. We add 23% VAT to all given amounts.

We stick to facts and regulations in force in 2025. Our financial liability is limited to the amount of remuneration received for a specific order. In the past year alone, we recovered a total of 428,500 PLN for clients from incorrect duties and fines. This is proof of our effectiveness, but you must remember that every court case carries some risk. If any difference of opinion arises, we first sit down to talk. We prefer a specific solution to years in court. However, if mediation does not bring a result, the dispute will be resolved by the court competent for our seat in Białystok.

Your personal data and the content of your contracts are safe with us. We use them exclusively for order fulfillment and contacting you. If you want us to delete your data after the case is finished, write to kontakt@precyzjabiznesowa.pl. We store paper and digital documentation for 5 years, in accordance with the requirements for legal counsel firms. Tomasz Wiśniewski ensures that trademark registration processes proceed in accordance with the law. All reports and opinions you receive from us are intended only for use in your company. We do not allow their further sharing without our consent.
