Since September 2016, we have analyzed exactly 843 commercial agreements for companies from Białystok and the surrounding areas. We know that the devil is in the details, which traders often don't see. We read every document from the first to the last page. We aren't looking for flaws in everything, but for specific threats to your wallet. In 2023, we detected 124 entries that could have exposed our clients to penalties exceeding 45,000 PLN. We speak plainly about the law and don't use legal jargon.
What does our check consist of?
An audit at Business Precision is not just a quick flick through the pages. Our team spends an average of 4.2 hours on each contract worth over 50,000 PLN. We look for catches in payment terms, Incoterms delivery conditions, and clauses on the proper court. If your contractor from Germany entered that disputes are resolved by a court in Berlin, we will tell you straight. Often one changed comma saves the margin on the entire export. No fluff, just dry facts about your safety.
- Verification of contractual penalties (whether they are absurdly high).

In the last quarter of 2024, we saved a transport company from paying an 18,200 euro fine for an alleged delay. It turned out the contract was poorly formulated to the recipient's disadvantage, which we used in negotiations. Our effectiveness in catching risky clauses is 96.7%. Marek Wiśniewski, the founder of the office, will review the document and within 110 minutes will call back with a preliminary quote for our work. We have no hidden costs. The agreed rate is final, even if the analysis takes us more time than we assumed. We work Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM. On Wednesdays, we stay longer for you, until 6:30 PM. The office is closed on holidays and public holidays. The only exception was March 2024, when we were finishing a large project for a furniture exporter, but that was an emergency situation.
