Katarzyna joined Business Precision in October 2017. Before she came to our office in Białystok, she worked for 6 years in a customs agency directly at the border crossing in Kuźnica. She knows the reality of working on the ramp and in the office. She doesn't deal with theory, but with specific papers that must pass through the customs system without errors. In the whole of 2024, she personally verified 342 customs declarations for our clients.

The reason was a wrongly assigned commodity code when importing from China. Katarzyna caught the error 11 minutes after receiving the email with documentation.

She can be strict when checking CE certificates and product origin, but thanks to this, our clients have no problems with tax audits, which in 2024 became much more frequent in Podlasie.

Heads-up: Remember that customs declarations sent on Fridays after 2:30 PM are usually processed 2 hours longer by border systems. It is worth keeping this in mind when planning loading.

Local knowledge and contact

Katarzyna works in our office at ul. Lipowa 14 in Białystok from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. She doesn't mess around with meetings that don't bring anything. If you have a specific clearance problem, just bring the documents or send them by email. You will usually receive a reply with a specific solution within 45–50 minutes. This is the fastest way to avoid border downtime and additional costs for storage.
